Description:
After museum researcher Dr. Pat McGovern, identified the components of the funerary feast of the legendary King Midas, Museum Catering Company and Dogfish Head Brewery collaborated to recreate the food and drink. We offer this newly discovered feast to The Book and the Cook patrons. Museum archaeologists, Michael Jackson and Sam Caligione of Dogfish will be at the dinner to offer commentary.
